Shades of Day is a passionate proponent of the sounds of the underground. She holds residencies at Vancouver's top clubs, such as Gorg-o-mish Afterhours, and has been booked with many well respected artists including Cristoph, Hana, HNTR, Nils Hoffmann, Anthony Attalla, and Nox Vahn. Shades also livestreams DJ sets biweekly as a Twitch Partner, and has been a guest DJ for Abracadabra’s Twitch channel. Her library spans a variety of genres, but Shades’ most recognizable sound consists of hypnotic progressive and groovy melodic techno.
