Mike Root is my name. I am an actor out of Northern Michigan. I've been active since February of 2017. Since then, I have starred in 2 feature films that pay homage to classic slapstick comedies such as the Airplane franchise, The Naked Gun franchise, Monty Python, & Hot Shots, My partner and I have been trying to revive this amazing subgenre of comedy. I've also acted in an episode of a television horror anthology series, a sketch comedy television pilot, and a music video. We are about to start working on our next feature film parody based off of The Fugitive. Our feature films have been shown in theaters and film festivals nationwide. Comedy and Horror are my favorite film genres. We are trying to put Northern Michigan on the map! I am also a fitness enthusiast and a crypto investor.
