On my YouTube channel, I share moments of creativity, authenticity and connection with Sweden's beautiful coastal nature. I hope to inspire many around the world to prioritise their happiness, by embracing art & the magic of nature as a way to reconnect to their authentic selves.
After struggling with emotional burnout and autoimmune issues for years, I embarked on a journey of self discovery and personal growth by returning home to my childhood roots. Back to the land where my ancestors walked.
I call the journey I've embarked on the creative healing journey. A journey of healing through art, nature and heritage.
It is my personal belief that when we reconnect with nature, and embrace the emotional healing powers of art, can we then transcend & transform our minds & hearts to a place of peace, authenticity and harmony with ourselves and each other ꨄ
