Once I discovered the world of 4x4 and overlanding I became a long time creeper, watched countless videos and lived vicariously through the creators, as if I was part of the trip and experience. I am extremely grateful for them, as well as YouTube's suggestive algorithm that keeps me coming back.
I have always been into off-road vehicles, and have been a filmmaker for about a decade now. I tend to wrap myself up with work, and I have kids who, like me, are glued to screens and we all end up with the same daily routine. Imagining a world beyond that has been just that- something only imaginary. Overlanding makes exploring that world practical. Gives me time with the family, and allows me to focus on what is important, while simultaneously having a blast building and driving my Toyota. Add filmmaking to the mix, creative freedom in remote locations and so on- Art of Overland is born.
