十数年前から「好山病」になってしまい、過去の山活動歴16年以上で多い時は年間約300日以上、トータルでは約4500日以上の山活動と現在も技術向上と自分自身が楽しむために日々精進しています😉✌️

I have been suffering from "good mountain disease" for more than 10 years, and when I have 16 years or more of past mountain activities, I have more than 300 days a year, and in total I have more than 4500 days of mountain activities, and I am still improving my skills and myself.
