Hi friends! I have a quick poll. What do you all think of me adding some wood soups with a soft, spoken meditation layered over it?
Thereâs certainly been a few of you who have asked for whispers or soft-spoken ASMR videos and Iâve considered this for a while because of your requests. Iâm not into role-playing (nothing wrong with it! Itâs just not my thing & I donât think I would do it justice) so I thought about other options for spoken-word ASMR. Because Iâm very much into meditation and I know thereâs more than a few folks who use these videos for a more meditative vibe, I thought that might be a good idea.
Plus, I know there are people who do like to fall asleep to some sort of spoken-word ASMR and why not make it something beneficial/positive like a gentle meditation?
What do you think yes or no?
(Titles would of course clearly indicate that there is talking in the video, donât worry!)

SUBJECT: Mid-roll Ads
Hi friends! I want to clarify something: I will never, ever run mid-roll ads in my videos. EVER! We as account holders have the option to opt out of choosing mid-roll ads (supposedly!) Please see attached photo for reference.
I firmly believe any videos that are meant to be meditative or help you relax/sleep/de-stress should not interrupt you with an ad in the middle. ** Please do remember that us having the option to make some ad revenue at the beginning and/or end of our videos is what allows us to continue making videos for your viewing pleasure. âşď¸
I hope you never see one, but if by chance you should ever see a MID-ROLL advertisement in one of my videos, and youâre able to screen grab it, please do and comment on that video. Iâll provide my email for you to share it with me so I can take it up with YouTube support.

Hi friends!
I just wanted to do a quick post on cicadas. Yep, you heard meâŚcicadas. So as some of you might know, there are a couple different broods that are emerging from their decade+ long underground life.
And if youâre one of the lucky ones, youâre definitely hearing them and theyâre a loud, chaotic chorus lately!
This has most certainly interrupted my recording process and itâs very difficult to record new videos and be able to edit them well with SO MUCH cicada noise in the background.
So I just wanted to thank you for your patience. đđźđ
New videos will be coming soon. I promise! I just have to wait a little longer for cicada season to quiet itself down, because this just isnât working. And unfortunately, I donât have a completely soundproof room. YET! đ

I just wanted to share a little something after my previous community post. Firstly, I want to say how grateful I am to have been asked to do a collaboration with ââ âŞ@DoorDash⏠. But the part that most people donât know is why accepting this partnership was so much more meaningful to me than just the huge compliment that it already was.
The short story is I began making ASMR as a way to cope with some very serious medical issues Iâve been contending with for the last several years now. And Iâm now just a few days out from my 4th major surgery in 2 years. I canât even count how many times ââ DoorDash was my/our savior while dealing with so much stress and recovery, when you just canât even think about what youâre going to eat.
So naturally, I jumped at the chance to pay my creative hommage, Wood Soup style. :)
If youâre on TikTok, I hope youâll wander over and take a peek. Making these pieces was the most fun, not to mention such a positive distraction from the other stuff thatâs going on and taking up all too much time in life right now đ
