The idea behind creating this channel is to cultivate Simple and Mindful yoga practices that you can easily inculcate into your daily routine targeting the New Age Lifestyle issues all of us face ; be it Lower Back pain, Stiff Neck, Knee pain, Menstrual pain, the list is endless.
I believe that Aasana practice is an Ancient, Traditional but Scientific technique to move the body in all the different ways possible, creating space & keeping it young & supple.
Remember yoga is not just a mere exercise but its a Lifestyle.
I seek to help you thrive by nurturing the Mind, Body and Soul with Yoga and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling Refreshed, Nourished and Balanced.
