While Gia worked for 3 yrs. as the team’s Operations Manager, her role was better defined as Chief of Staff; she managed the day-to-day operations, oversaw all admin. details, & implemented policies/procedures to support the team’s culture & commitment to professionalism. Additionally, Gia took on an even broader, more hands-on role having been involved in every deal, from beginning to end, working in a trusted role, providing clients w/ seamless, white glove service from beginning to end - empowering her to ultimately ensure every step of their experience is positive, productive, & polished.
