My love for cooking started with my beloved Shanghainese grandmother, who loved making everything from scratch. She wrapped the best wontons, and cooked best soups. My grandfather lived in Malaysia, and the highlight of my trips were sampling the local Malaysian dishes, such as Laksa and CKT.
I have a little Malaysian eatery in Hong Kong, and we've been voted #1 Laksa in Hong Kong.
