I want to take you on a journey around the world and prove that you don't need a professional degree to cook awesome food, because good food comes from the heart. Every chef has a story to tell which he comes to understand throughout his career. My cooking philosophy was developed from being a busboy, to a dishwasher, to a waiter, to a line cook, to a chef/owner.
