I breakdown Russian Bullshido! I practice Martial Arts strictly at home (no choice these days).
I am proficient in various styles of Kungfu (chuo jiao and baguazhang) and somewhat in Systema Kadochnikova.
Experience : Kungfu = 15 years.
Systema Kadochnikova (about 1 year + continuing with self practice).
