I live in the city, but can't stand the noise! My heart and soul belong in the woods. When I turned 40 I realized that nature was the solution to my mental and physical health, and that I could explore the outdoors by myself. I hope to inspire other women to take control of their own adventures, and get outside, even by themselves.
