Tomohisa Yamashita is a talented and popular Japanese singer and actor born on April 9, 1985. His nickname is YamaP.
He joined an entertainment agency In 1996 and debuted in 2003.
In just a few years after his debut, he succeeded in a variety of dimension. His album "Seishun Amigo” which was released by a specially formed group became a huge hit and sold 2 million CDs. He is not only singer but also actor who played the lead role in the TV drama series “Kurosagi" and released his first solo album with the theme song “Daite Senorita (Hug Me Senorita)” in 2006.
In 2011 and 2013, he held his solo world tour performed in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand.
His 11th single "Nights Cold” was released on 2020 which was used as the ending theme for the international drama series "THE HEAD".
In July of the same year he participated remotely in the "Tomorrowland Around The World, TheDigital festival". Since then, he began working as an international artist in earnest.
