Hi all, Rob Barlow here, owner operator of Whitewater Gundogs. As a Pro Trainer for nearly 40 years, I have had the opportunity to train, compete, title and Champion countless dogs in AKC Springer Spaniel Field Trials, AKC and UKC/HRC Hunt Test, Pointer Field Trials, National Bird Dog Challenge and too many quality birddogs to count. Over this time I have developed a training program that works and now I want to share that program with all of you in the form of a Train the Trainer Series designed to help you train your gundog. Over the course of this series we will be covering everything from picking and bringing up your pup through general obedience, introduction to the gun, collar conditioning, retriever drills and a multitude of field work examples and advanced training tips and tricks to guide you through the process start to finish.
