I started this group because I believe playing music and singing are good for mental and emotional health. Also, it's a lot of fun :) Looking forward to playing music and singing with you!
This community is for ukulele beginners who want to strum and sing along with their ukes. Every week, we learn two or three new songs that are well-known and easy for beginners to play. We meet twice a week. On Mondays 7 to 9pm (AET), we meet online. And on Thursdays 6 to 8 pm, we meet face-to-face in Kensington (3.5 km from Melbourne CBD) (no sessions during school holidays). Our sessions are free and there are spare ukes that you can reserve if you haven't bought a uke yet.
