I am Dancing Foodt, and this is a channel that shares healthy cooking and Gyrokinesis.
As a middle-aged woman, years of overwork have left me with numerous health issues, including high cholesterol, insulin resistance, adrenal fatigue, severe asthma, allergies, and sleep problems. And to make things worse, after contracting COVID-19, I experienced a wave of long-term effects, forcing me to stop all my dance teaching.
Through extensive consultation and research, I made significant adjustments to my diet, the types of food I ate, and my exercise habits. Finally, all my health markers returned to normal. I also learned not to push my body too hard during training.
I hope to share these insights with you in a fun (and sometimes absurd) way!
