I started my channel in order to support rescue dogs in a big shelter in Ha'erbin in China. As I observed, the dogs' living conditions keep worsening over the months. My guess is the management is rotten manipulating the donated funds. Their domestic fund raising goal has been hard to reach.
It's time to analyze the situation in order to help the dogs. I need to speak for dogs. This is a different way to help dogs.
Food donation is the best way to help those dogs. Because 刘丽has limited knowledge of internet, she doesn’t manage her YouTube channel & her accounts receiving donations abroad. This leaves opportunities to manipulate those accounts by account managers. Signs are seen in comments that her channel managers don’t encourage people to donate goods but clearly encourage money donations. The dogs are used as a tool to get empathy from kind hearted people to solicit money donations. This is my view.
