Having had nearly 20 years experience working with over 12000 women, I am in a unique position to know exactly what women really need to lose weight, and how to get them there quickly and in a non-judgemental and supported environment.
I have a growing specialty of weight losses of 3 stone or more -- I really go the extra mile to ensure my members slim down, increase their fitness levels and have bags more energy.
As a result women who work with me have increased self confidence, feel more positive and look and feel fabulous! They develop the confidence, willpower and energy they need to reach their goal weight and change the way they think and feel about themselves!
