I understand that not everybody is in the financial position to invest in 1-on-1 coaching for transforming their bodies. 💰

Merry Christmas brotha! 🎄🎅

It's been a long, crazy year with lots of ups and downs, but overall it was great year.

Lots of learning experiences, lots of growth.

These past 6 months I've really perfected how I operate day-to-day when it comes to my health and fitness routine.💪

I've weeded out the unnecessary things, and dialed in on the fundamentals. Only focusing on what ACTUALLY WORKS.💯

I was tired of spinning my wheels for so long...

...feeling like all the things I was doing weren't really working.


So with a lot of experimentation and trial-and-error, I cleaned up my routine and started seeing better results than I'd ever seen.

The reason you're not seeing the results you want is because you're focusing on the ENTIRELY WRONG THINGS🤫

You CAN lose fat, but you need to look in the mirror and take a look at the cold-hard facts.

Keto works. Carnivore works. Intermittent Fasting works. Vegan works. Paleo works. The twinkie diet WORKS. (Not kidding)

THEY ALL DO ✅️

But guess what, no matter WHAT dieting strategy you follow, CALORIES STILL MATTER.

Sorry, not sorry😎

See, if your body is burning 3k calories, and you're eating 3.5k calories, then your body WILL store those excess calories AS FAT...

No matter WHAT diet you follow

I personally eat a pretty strict, clean fruit+Carnivore based diet.🥩🍍🥝 (That's what works best for me at the moment and aligns best with my current goals.)

But, I HAVE gotten amazing results eating gas station jerky, rice crispies, and Hershey chocolate every day😋🍫

I personally believe you need to experiment and find what works best for you.

Your fitness approach should enhance your life and FIT INTO your lifestyle, not take over your entire day-to-day.

👉 Get in a calorie deficit, get your 10k steps in, hit two workouts a week, and STAY CONSISTENT.

THAT'S IT.

It doesn't have to be harder than that🙌
