What's the purpose of this channel? What am I try to achieve?
This channel is my diary. For me and for you. It's very helpful to go back and analyze how I was 1 year ago. What changed and what not. I want to build strong evidence that practicing virtually every day (just 20-30 min) using Deliberate Practice in Flow (DPF) allows all of us to develop in 3 years skills that we ourselves thought impossible. For example, in just 6 months of trying to score baskets, I've been able to score many 3-point line baskets, which I thought impossible when I started. I believe that this strategy is general and applicable to any task where Deliberate Practice can be applied, even cognitive tasks like learning to use ArtificialInte Intelligence tools.
