I believe that much of my recent journey has been thanks to forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku. I myself in nature as I can, even if it's only a few minutes.
I am a for-reals tree hugger, and not just figuratively. At my Sacred Spot, Momma Tree and I exchange our offers as I wrap my arms around her, my nose pressed against her bark. I hug Momma Tree to practice a QiGong move, focusing on a home that doesn't rely on the trees support.
My Sacred Spot as a beautiful landscape of moving water that I wanted to capture to reference letter, so I started filming little videos to use when I couldn't be there in person.
I've amassed a small collection, and some will even have my brilliant, and definitely medicated versions of motivation talks. They were not originally filmed for anyone else but myself. Now I have the confidence to Share. The only editing would be to stabilize and clip to :30 second, with exceptions.
Try to permit no moreno less than 3 Breathes in one :30 video. Peace.
