Inspired by the richness of Baroque music and close friendships, Red Dot Baroque (RDB) was formed by a group of Singaporean musicians dedicated to using their expertise and knowledge to stage performances that truly bring out the essence and spirit of the Baroque on period instruments. Through such performances, it is hoped that canonic works by Bach, Handel and Vivaldi can be experienced in a refreshing new light, and βnewβ works that are relatively untapped in the wealth of Baroque repertory can be rediscovered and presented to audiences all around the world.
