Originally hailing from Portsmouth, London based singer-songwriter Isaac Waddington is a classically trained pianist and vocalist, who spent his formative years as part of the Chichester Cathedral Choir, leaving in 2013 and winning the prestigious ‘BBC Young Chorister of the Year’.
With a new EP Dirty Mile, out now, Isaac has taken sonic inspiration from some of his key musical heroes - Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone and Chris Martin. His new, refined sound focuses on back to basics song-writing and a desire to put his piano playing and gift for engaging storytelling front and centre.
Isaac’s 2019 single Let Me Into Your Heart was featured on ITV’s ‘Love Island’ and has more than 1.5 million streams to date, across all platforms. He has a burgeoning live reputation and has performed for the likes of Sofar Sounds, as well as selling out London’s Servant Jazz Quarters and has received editorial support previously from the likes of NME, Mahogany, Clash Magazine, Spindle and MTV.
