Even though we learn via certain lineages, it is impossible to learn it exactly as is because we are neaturally progressive beings. Whatever we learn from someone else, we will always add our unique twist to it, whether conscious or not. that is why i take the approach of 'Borrow, adapt and share' .
My style of Wing Chun that i follow is neither right or wrong, i happen to love it and it works perfectly for me. I take everything i learn from my SIFU and repect and follow what is being taught. However, at the same time i have to adapt the learnings, the teachings to the way i like to learn anything. So it is within this framework of mine that i have come to develop an approach to Wing chun that fits in with any style anywhere, you ont need specifics and you dont need verbal language.
