TeamTeachers.com is a website I started to develop in 2007 when I was working at the board of education in Miyazu, Japan. I was working in the JET scheme and although we had a lot of orientation and ongoing teacher training I saw a need for materials exchange. At the time I was also creating lessons and materials constantly and I wanted a way to share them with my colleagues.
It is a place for ESL teachers to share ideas and teaching materials.
