Amit Katzengold is an Israeli composer and conductor, graduate of Rimon School of Music in the prestigious ‘composition, conducting and arrangement’ department lead by Maestro Yaron Gottfried. Graduate of the advanced conducting class in the Jonathan Wohl Music School lead by Maestro Prof. Noam Sheriff.
Katzengold’s music wanders through a wide range of genres and his knowledge in orchestration, sound design and music editing softwares makes him a very versatile composer. His understanding of emotions and abilities in storytelling is strongly present in his works, together with his enthusiasm for movies, gives him an advantage in film scoring.
Katzengold also has the experience and skills required to manage the whole musical section of the production, from recording, editing and producing rough sketches, to assembling session players, organizing sheet music and conducting the session.
