Hey, I'm Emily!
I'm an amateur triathlete who started by documenting my journey from the least sporty girl in the world, to qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
I spend my days as the Social Media Manager for Super League Triathlon, and any extra spare time training and documenting it on Emily's Journal. I'm also qualified as a PT, Triathlon Coach and Pilates coach and like to give tips where I can!
