In my former career, I was a researcher in an anatomy and physiology lab and in my current one, I specialize in yoga for back care and scoliosis. Although this channel isn't focused on that spinal injuries and conditions, I like to use elements of it in my practice here. Follow along as I play through this bizarre (and fun) thing we call life.
