Postpartum weight loss is no joke, and the journey hasn't been easy. After dropping all my baby weight, I ended up gaining it back, which was so frustrating. Two weeks ago, I weighed 220 lbs, and now I'm down to 215! It's a small win, but a step in the right direction. Most people are shocked when I say I was 220 lbs because I carry it well 😝. Meal prepping, working out, and my weight loss tea have been total game changers. My tea has been AMAZING... it's curbed my appetite and helped me shed pounds. I'm excited to continue this fitness journey and reach my goal weight, one pound at a time! 💪🏽✨
