If you’re completely brand new to Fusion and looking to learn how I teach a real student from the ground up, then check out our Udemy course. (Link at end) We just reached 222 students, in 36 countries, and in 11 languages. Many have expressed their appreciation for what they have learned. Here are some comments:

Michael B. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Now that I am at the end of the course, I can confidently say that this course was extremely helpful in getting me familiar with Fusion. I highly recommend signing up for this course if you are just starting out with 3D modeling. Great work and thank you!”

Don H. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “This is fantastic! Great instructor and student combo. It feels really amazing to learn to create these objects. I just finished the 2nd lesson and will watch it again before trying the homework. So much fun! Thanks!!”

Jerry W. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Great pace and great explanation of "why". This has been the missing piece for me in all my YouTube efforts.”

Jamie M. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I am really enjoying this course. I am a complete beginner to Fusion and the time you take explaining the process from the ground up is very helpful. I am learning a lot.”

Jason H. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Great course that is very informative. A little slow for my learning pace, but that's what the skip forward button is for. Very happy with it overall so far.”

Robert A. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Very good match for basics and our instructor allows errors and 'guides' us to correcting.”

On Patreon, we are starting to post the parametric vises that we have created to date. A good quality parametric file is hard to find. We use these files in our CAM workflow all the time and can help immensely with proper setup, collision avoidance, and so much more. They are free to download for selected tiers, and for sale for the general public.

If you’d like to see how you can make your own and how they can benefit your CAM workflow please see the following links.

Math quiz!

Learn something new if you haven’t already learnt it.

Let’s talk about proportions. What formula do we use to solve the following proportion:

x : 12 = 3.5 : 21

Also, comment below if you can think of a practical application of proportions used in CAD/CAM.

10,000 subscriber free stuff alert!!! Read on...

So, it looks like we are on track to hitting 10K subscribers in November of this year. That is very exciting if it happens. We are truly grateful for everyone's support. If/when we hit that number, we want to give away something special to one of you.

Here's the skinny: if you haven't seen our latest tutorial on how to design and produce an old school safety razor, I will post it at the end of this post. These things haven't been inexpensive to make... in fact, they've been downright expensive. They are CNC machined to a high spec, and I only ordered 5 sets of them which skyrockets the price. I will have more details on tutorial 3 of this video, but as of now, from what I can calculate, each of these safety razors costs $150 USD. I would like to give one of them away as a thank you to one of you. I'll even pay the shipping. Even if you don't use safety razors, this will be part of our history and will be very special. If anything, you will be getting a very nice CNC'd safety razor that I hope you'll enjoy.

Here's how you can win it: Please subscribe if you haven't done so already. Next, comment in this post, and in each tutorial in this safety razor series the following: "I love safety razors"
I will select one random person from this post, and from each of the 3 tutorials in this series (tutorial 1 is the only one released as of now). From the 4 that I select, if/when we hit 10K I will randomly select one username and then send them the safety razor wherever they may be in the world.

Super glad that you've continued learning with us. All the best on your journey of learning Autodesk Fusion.
