Miguel Ángel Belinchón, is a plastic artist from Linares, Jaén, known in the art world as Belin.
His present work derives from urban art and confronts the artist in a constant dichotomy between tradition and modernity which extends to the techniques used.
Originally, it was the mastery of the aerosol and the hyper-realistic technique, which led him to worldwide recognition. At present, this free domain of spraying is contained in his perfectionist ability with the brush, and both combined have led him to take an evolutionary step in his work, reaching postneocubism.
His work converges in "Postneocubism" after a succession of hyperrealism, surrealism and even impressionism, and it is while in the city of Malaga and in homage to the master Pablo Picasso when his inspiration and creativity lead to this new artistic style, considered today as the third phase of the essential evolution of the first avant-garde that we know as cubism.
