I am neither a doctor nor a traditionally trained chef. I'm merely a passionate foodie, or as my wife affectionately likes to call me: a food snob. And that's fair, I totally own that. Do you want to prepare meals in the home that are worthy of restaurant fare, or better? Have the desire to impress your friends and family? I was recently left with a newfound perspective on cuisine. After a recent restaurant encounter it occurred to me culinary experiences don’t always have to be hoity toity restaurants, costing hundreds of dollars. As such I have let go of all of my preconceived notions that good cuisine be prepared in Michelin star fashion. And so I will be sharing my passion for elevated cuisine made in the comfort of your own home. A little cuisine, a little comedy, and hopefully enjoyable content for all.
