Hey everyone! I’m Scott and I’m excited to share my day-to-day workouts with you all. I’ve lost 45 lbs so far, and while I’m not in perfect shape yet, I’m working hard towards becoming super lean and muscular. I mainly do bodyweight exercises and rock climb once a week for fun.
