This is a place where I will share my opinions about things, my hobbies, passions and my journey in fitness
I am an Insulin Dependent Type 1 Diabetic who in 2015 decided to stop letting the world tell me what I could and couldn't do, and instead find out on my own.
In 2016 I completed three Spartan Trifecta's on two continents including being part of the Australian team at the Hawaii Trifecta Weekend.
In January 2017 I decided I needed a new challenge so I set my sights on the world of Triathlon, a significant challenge as at that point I could not and had never learnt to ride a bicycle. So join me as I journey towards my first Triathlon and my first Half-Ironman here and on Instagram and Strava!
