He is the very first student of Lyceum International School, which was founded by Dr. Mohan Lal Grero in 1993. He is an entrepreneur. At the age of 16, having founded a private bus company - NCG Express, he later went on to develop 9 other successful companies. He is a motivational speaker aiming to inspire both staff and students alike. Nikitha, attended Monash University in Melbourne and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with a Double major in Accounting and Management (2008). He is a CPA qualified accountant in Australia. Furthermore, he posses a Master’s Degree in Education (2010), specializing in School Leadership, Policy and Change.
