I am a dedicated criminal defense attorney. I have never and will never work as a prosecutor. I have made it my life's work to educate people about their Constitutional rights and to implore them to use and assert these sacred Constitutional rights during police encounters. I am a lifetime member of the NORML Legal Committee and believe very strongly in marijuana legalization as well as drug law reform.
