You can use tokenswap or zilswap.io.
Don't use tokenswap. Use the Zilswap.io site (ERC-20 ZIL Token Swap).
Tokenswap (the time I did it, 12/22/2021), had problems and a 9000 zil-erc-20 max. That would have had me paying for ETH gas fees many times since I owned over 100,000 zil.
I just put there here for people who want to give back. No pressure at all.
