The Syrian Emergency Task Force aims to bring an end to atrocities against Syrian civilians through advocacy, humanitarian initiatives, and the pursuit of justice and accountability for war crimes.
We began in 2011 hoping to last only a few weeks, but with Assad still in power our work is not yet finished. We help to be the voice of millions of Syrians through our advocacy work where we speak in the UN, US congress, and more.
We help bring Syrian war criminals to justice by collecting evidence and and aiding in prosecution trials.
Finally, we help the Syrian people on the ground today with our Humanitarian projects. We operate a kindergarten for orphans, women's center and high school, no cost pharmacy, and a medical rehabilitation center for Syrian internally displaced persons.
