My name is Raul, I am a researcher, explorer, and the creator of Pillars of the Past. I've been a fan and student of ancient history for most of my life after traveling to Peru growing up and visiting the rich megalithic sites and becoming immersed in the local culture. This led to deep dives into ancient civilizations, their sites, culture, architecture, history, myths, and more.
It is my goal to produce high quality content that sheds light on ancient civilizations, their history, and the current conditions many of these sites are in. Join me as I trek to uncharted places, discover new ancient archaeological sites and investigate forgotten locations. This content will include personal adventures to these sites, interviews with specialists in their respective fields, and ultimately documenting these sacred ancient locations with better equipment and a team to see what may be uncovered.
