I am starting today a programme to build muscle 100% with power bands and will share all of the journey: my progress, my difficulties, my strategies and a lot of other great stuff...
Why is this process interesting? You know the physicial state I am in AS OF NOW, I am an average person. This is different from all the videos of professional bodybuilders that swear one can build big muscles with elastics except that... THEY DIDN'T build their own this way!!
My program : 3/4th upper body, 1/4th lower body. Together we wil see throughout time if YES or NO it is possible to build serious muscles with these famous power bands!
