Hi, I'm Lori. I finally changed my mind to change my life in mid-2015 and have been eating healthy and exercising since that time. I have lost 113 pounds as of February 2017 on my own healthy eating plan.. Being healthy is my main priority When I feel good and can walk better with little or no pain, I will be at goal no matter what the number on the scale is. I will continue to eat healthy and exercise to maintain good health.
