hiya! im anita. i am 14 years old. sadly i dont make content, but if you need help with absolutley anything, i will be here for you and help. ive been through a lot of things such as depression, toxic friendships, and hormonal changes.
here are some things that might help!
~talk to someone! having a chat with someone you trust and that will listen to you. (and i know that if they just say "ignore it/them", it wont help. I understand fully.
~eat some of your fav foods! i found that eating treats you love helps you calm down and leave your stomach feeling satisfyed.
~i will always be with you, even if we dont know each other in real life. LOVE YOU GUYS!! 💖
