In a Forest Dark is the solo project of multi instrumentalist Mário Pereira (Eternal Mourning). Combining elements of doom and black metal with gothic influences, IN A FOREST DARK's music explores the human experience and the struggle to find meaning and purpose in a chaotic world, inspired by works such as Albert Camus' "The Stranger" and Jean-Paul Sartre's "Nausea."
