I have over 26 years of experience in exercise science, sports nutrition, and body transformation. I will be sharing my fitness journey and my experience working with thousands of people from different demographics over the past 26 years to stay motivated in mastering living in the body they love daily by mastering clean eating and exercise.
For 10 years, I competed in half marathons, maintaining a 7:30-minute mile pace. After 10 years of running, I retired my running shoes, picked up my heels, and turned my attention to the stage to compete, never looking back. I can be stage-ready in 2-3 weeks most of the year.🏃♀️➡️🏋️♂️ 💪
