"Hong Kong Recipes": Recipes of common dishes in Hong Kong. I grew up in Hong Kong, what I ate when I grew up, and what people eat today in HK, I hope to find it here (working hard on this).
At first, I thought about calling it "Earth Cookbook" because dishes from worldwide can be found in Hong Kong. But, because I don't know the food culture in other regions, in the end, "LetsCookHongKongFood"/ "Hong Kong Recipes" is more appropriate.😸
"香港食譜": 就是在香港常見菜式的食譜。在香港長大， 由細到大吃甚麼的，人們今天又吃甚麼的，都希望在這裏找到(努力中）。初時有想過叫"地球食譜", 因為在香港可以找到來自世界各地的菜餚. 但因為我不了解其他地區的食物， 最後，還是"香港食譜"比較貼切。😸
