Mainly Medibang Paint Pro (free art program!) for drawing/painting and then Photoshop CC for colour editing and final adjustments.
Q: What do you use to record?
OBS to record and AfterEffects to edit
Q: What tablet do you use?
Currently, a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro and sometimes an Intuos Art.
