Social media can be addictive if you don't know when to say (NO), but it can be beneficial if you know how to use it properly. I think it's time for a social media fast for me. It's good to take time to reflect on your good and bad habits, so you can make the necessary changes for a better quality of life.

I smoked the curry; then I added the braised goat meat into a pot, so it could cook until the meat was tender and nice.
