This channel is all about a passion driven life…in this moment that passion is S U R F. Surf is my big love right now…i started really focusing in 2021 and it does not come easy to me. I was always naturally good at sports…but not surf!! Here are some waves i’ve enjoyed, some steps among the way, some places i’ve been…and of course older videos with techniques to stop the stress cycle and connect to your inner calm. The idea is to strengthen the mind towards mental clarity, resilience, and inner peace. this channel was Meditation, mindfulness, breathing techniques and the occasional yin yoga posture but now my it’s more focused on the ocean.
