A man who regularly oscillates back and forth between feeling and understanding nothing, and feeling and understanding everything, and nothing if not everything in between.
...eventually, I learned from agile spirits and ancient sages that everything and nothing, despite being the extrema of existence - that is, the boundaries of context itself - are nonetheless in a deep sense *contextually identical.*
...also, a context is a *set* (in the mathematical sense) of *constraints*, which are ontological primitives at least somewhat analogous to "types" in type-theoretic constructions...but we'll get there, eventually. I think that's what I had to learn...patience. Temperance. Composure.
...compassion, of a sort I had been blind to my own lack of.
Hello, then. Welcome to the land of my little life's great and terrible lessons. However, with a bit of humor I can only hope you'll enjoy your stay.
