My name is Shawn and I'm an addict in recovery since 2009.
Addiction almost killed me, but my community saved my life. After 16.5 years in recovery, if I could sum up what it's given me in one word, it would be freedom.
Freedom in Recovery exists because I learned the hard way: isolation kills, but connection heals.
